Shifts and returns

On closing, the system compares expected and counted cash and notifies the director of any difference. An employee’s return request is approved by the director.

Cost is calculated by FIFO — from the oldest receipt. The director sees revenue, discounts, returns and profit by day and by product.

Answers before you ask

Can several people work on one register?

A register has one open shift at a time, so it is always clear who is responsible for the cash. You can create several registers.

Can I sell with zero stock?

Yes, the system allows it, and when receipts are missing the cost is estimated from the last receipt price and marked as estimated.
