Answers before you ask
What is TM Hub and what is it for?
TM Hub is a web CRM/ERP for orders, production, POS, warehouse, finance, staff and customer communication. It opens in the browser; nothing to install.
Which languages does it support?
The interface is available in Armenian, Russian and English, and each employee picks their own. Receipts and notifications are produced in the company’s or recipient’s language.
How do we get started?
Book a demo: we show the system on your own business example, set up the company, branches and positions, and help import products from Excel.
Can I upload products from Excel?
Yes. The file is validated first (duplicate codes, wrong numbers, empty fields), you see the result and confirm. If there is an error nothing is saved. Purchase prices and price change history are kept.
How does the register work?
An employee opens a shift, sells (cash, card, advance, split or on instalments), and on closing the system shows the difference between expected and real cash. Returns are approved by the director.
Does it issue fiscal receipts?
Right now it issues an internal receipt, and a fiscal receipt number can be attached to a sale. A direct integration with the tax authority is not available — tell us during the demo if you need it.
Does it work with Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Viber?
Yes: in Chat you connect your business accounts, customer messages appear in the system, and your reply goes out through the same messenger. WhatsApp and Instagram require a Meta Business account.
How safe is my data?
The connection is protected with HTTPS, each company’s data is isolated, and employees see only the pages the director has granted them.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the number of users, branches and modules. After the demo you receive a clear offer with no hidden fees.
